We’re thrilled to announce that Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity and
Cheboygan County Habitat for Humanity have merged to create more housing choices for people in northern Michigan. Together, we’ll serve Emmet, Charlevoix, and Cheboygan counties under the Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity name.
We’ll be sharing more information about our work in the entire region as we move
forward. With your partnership, we’re building more than homes—we’re building a stronger, more connected northern Michigan.

Homes For Sale
Northwest Michigan Habitat for Humanity has been helping local Emmet, Charlevoix, and Cheboygan County residents purchase and repair homes since 1990. 43 new, attainable homes will be added to the area by 2025 through Foundations for our Future.
